𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸: 𝗛𝗼𝘄'𝘀 𝗤𝟭 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝘀. 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗼?

If you're like most businesses, there's already a gap.

Not because you're failing. But because January never goes exactly as planned:
→ Someone got sick
→ A client emergency consumed three days
→ That 'quick project' took twice as long
→ The team needed more time to ramp up than expected

Here's what separates businesses that recover from those that spiral:
Businesses that spiral:
→ Pretend everything is fine
→ Keep working the original plan despite reality changing
→ Hope they'll 'catch up' later in the quarter
→ Realise in March they're hopelessly behind

Businesses that recover:
→ Acknowledge reality by Week 2-3
→ Reassess priorities based on actual capacity
→ Make hard decisions about what to cut or delay
→ Adjust targets to be ambitious but achievable

If you're already behind your Week 3 targets:
You're not alone. Almost everyone is.

The question isn't 'are we behind?' The question is 'what are we going to do about it?'

Three options:
1) Push harder (usually leads to burnout, rarely catches up)
2) Pretend we're fine (leads to March crisis)
3) Reassess and adapt (usually works)

Which are you choosing?
